Our flagship programme

RUN THROUGH PHARApath

is a structured six-to-twelve-week leadership bootcamp designed to give participants genuine, transferable skills, not just a certificate.

What Participants Learn

Computer training

Basic typing, internet use, virtual tools and an introduction to artificial intelligence, alongside Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.

Office administration

Planning and project management basics, organising and record management, filing, writing memos, agendas and minutes, and business communication and etiquette.

Financial literacy

Budgeting, investing, borrowing, taxation and personal financial management, together with an introduction to FICA and POPIA.

Public speaking and presentation

Building the confidence to speak clearly, reason well and hold your own in a discussion.

Effective leadership

A grounded, practical understanding of what leadership actually requires.

Networking and relationship-building, informational interviews, virtual mentorship and masterclasses with people already working in the field.

Who delivers it

Facilitation team 
Our facilitation team includes qualified but currently unemployed Eastern Cape teachers, who lead content delivery, and young people from Mthatha who train alongside them as mentees. 

Over time, this same group of young people has a defined pathway to become trainers, and eventually, permanent staff.
